Route day, on your phone
Today's stops, balances, wish lists and requests. Log visits, promises and calls as you go. Payments still go into MDBS, and show up after the next sync.
Works alongside MDBS 3.0 · Read-only
DBRBand-Aid reads the data you already keep in MDBS and fills the gaps: route-day tools, cash flow, inventory, collections and a coach that explains your numbers. Nothing in MDBS changes.

Why distributors use it
Today
You find out a customer is slipping when the balance is already too big to collect.
With DBRBand-Aid
Customers are sorted into Protect, Watch and Collect from their real payment history, so the stop list tells you who to see first.
Today
Monday's tool bill and Wednesday's bills show up before you know if the week covered them.
With DBRBand-Aid
Cash flow shows money in, pass-through money and bills week by week, with a 13-week look ahead and what you can safely pay yourself.
Today
The truck is full, but a big share of it hasn't sold in a year.
With DBRBand-Aid
Inventory shows turns, weeks on hand and dead stock by category, with a clear-out plan that frees up cash first.
What you get
Today's stops, balances, wish lists and requests. Log visits, promises and calls as you go. Payments still go into MDBS, and show up after the next sync.
Weekly or monthly view, a bills calendar, budgets by category and an owner-pay planner. Enter expenses by hand, or connect your bank through Plaid and let AI import and sort every transaction.
Your Friday review in four questions. Sales, margin, TP and PSA balances by day of the week and by customer group, in tables you can sort any way.
Is the truck the right size? Turns, aging and dead stock by category, a buying plan for the coming season, and an item lookup that works even when your store has never carried it.
Receivables by route day and shop, saved views, and stages you can tune. See prospects, best customers, who's slipping and who's behind.
Like a field trainer on screen. It speaks up at the week's checkpoints, explains one number at a time with the math, and leaves the decision to you.
Take a look inside
See the week the way you run it: money in against breakeven, every bill, what is safe to pay yourself, and the money that was never yours to spend.

How it works
01
Create your account on the web or on your phone. We review and approve each new store before its data starts syncing.
02
On the Windows 10 or 11 computer that runs MDBS, download the guided setup. Approve the computer by scanning a code with your phone. No administrator password, no keys to type, no changes to MDBS.
03
Your numbers appear after the first sync, and your full history fills in over the next few. MDBS keeps working normally. After that the app stays current every 15 minutes.
Your data
The connector only reads. It runs as the Windows account MDBS already uses, sends data out over an encrypted connection, and is built so the counter never slows down.
Nothing is ever written back to MDBS. You keep working in it exactly as you do today.
Social Security, card and bank numbers are blanked on your PC before anything is sent.
Outbound only. No open ports and no remote access to your PC. Each store has its own key, which can be turned off at any time.
Plaid is a secure, proven service used by thousands of financial apps. We only read transactions. We never see your account numbers or move money.
Roles for a manager, office help, a route helper or your accountant, with money screens on or off per person.
Pricing
Use every feature with your real MDBS data. If it doesn't earn its keep, uninstall the connector and ask us to delete your store's data.
Join as one of the first 50 stores and pay half the regular price for your whole first year.

No. The connector only reads. You keep entering sales and payments in MDBS the way you do now, and DBRBand-Aid picks them up on the next sync.
No. The guided setup runs on the computer that already runs MDBS, under your normal Windows account, with no administrator password. Most owners are done in about 10 minutes. Email support@dbrbandaid.com if you get stuck.
The app keeps showing your last synced numbers and tells you when it was last updated. If it has been more than an hour, you see a warning. It catches up as soon as the PC is back on.
Bank connections run through Plaid, a secure and proven service used by thousands of financial apps. DBRBand-Aid only reads your transactions to sort your expenses. It never sees your account numbers and can never move money. You can disconnect at any time, or skip it and enter expenses by hand.
It is built not to. The connector reads in small batches and staggers its work so MDBS stays quick at the counter.
No. DBRBand-Aid is an independent product from Bardis LLC. Check your franchise agreement for any rules on third-party software that reads your MDBS data.
Yes, any time. Uninstall the connector, close your account, and ask us to delete your store's data.
Thirty days free, then $25/month for a year if you're one of the first 50 stores. Set up in about 10 minutes.
